Q At What time of day do you pick up?

We start our routes very early and continue pickups throughout the day. Place your can by the road the evening before to avoid a missed pick up.

Q What Items Can't be picked up?

Q Where do I put my Can?

Place your can on the opposite side of your driveway from your mailbox (if possible) within two feet of your curb. Face the can towards your house with the handles nearest the street to allow our drivers to easily grab your can. Try to place at least two feet between your CANS if you have more than two.

Q What do I do if my Can is broken?

Just give us a call and we will schedule a new can to be delivered.
